Kenneth Kremsky as the finance lead for Supply Chain Reinvention team projects

Blackbelt, Kenneth Kremsky is best known to have the qualities of a
successful manager as well as a financial expert as a strategic financial executive.
Demonstrating the best team leadership qualities and understanding of team
dynamics, Kenneth is responsible for acquiring analytical and financial skills
to position the company for growth and profitability. A financial executive is
well aware of how to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, and access
growth opportunities. Kenneth recognizes disruption, increases the risk
management capabilities, and thinks strategically. Indeed, he brings together

years at managing costs, Kenneth Kremsky believes that it is easier to reduce

Controller from March 1996 to August 1999 at Interstate Brands Corporation,
Philadelphia, and Kenneth Kremsky completed raw and packaging material
optimization analysis, thus making a saving of $1.4 million annually. He
prepared the monthly and fiscal year-end and supporting reports. Kenneth also
prepared the annual tax returns for local municipalities and facilitated
payments.
For tenure of 5 years, Kenneth Kremsky worked as the finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team
projects, while focusing on financial rationale, project optimization, and
Capex spend. He also developed multiple IRR analytical tools that became the
model for all company projects.
As a consultant in a private
firm, Kenneth Kremsky implements the new ERP accounting software and
facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company. ERP software is
used by the organizations to manage their business functions within a centralized
and integrated system. It is the best way to help keep track of all the moving
parts of manufacturing and distribution.
Pertaining to his education
credentials, Kenneth pursued Bachelor of Science in Accounting from
Pennsylvania State University. Thereafter, he completed his Master of Business
Administration in Finance from LaSalle University with a 3.9 GPA out of 4.
