Ken Kremsky

In his role as the finance lead, Ken Kremsky conducted financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity Team. His objective was to decrease raw and packaging material losses by 5% and cut fixed expenses by 15%, both of which were successfully achieved. Ken has been the finance lead for SAP Catalyst Implementation Team. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Production. He led productivity generation and process improvements to achieve plant productivity targets for five consecutive years.
