Insight into the Professional Endeavors of Ken Kremsky

In his role as the finance lead, Ken Kremsky conducted financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity Team. His objective was to decrease raw and packaging material losses by 5% and cut fixed expenses by 15%, both of which were successfully achieved.

Ken has been the finance lead for SAP Catalyst Implementation Team. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Production. He led productivity generation and process improvements to achieve plant productivity targets for five consecutive years.

Previously serving as the Assistant Financial Controller at Nabisco Biscuit Company, Ken Kremsky implemented direct work guidelines that resulted in annual manpower reductions and cost savings amounting to $400k. Additionally, he actively participated in the Oreo and premium systems group, leading initiatives like the 'One Cookie Out' program and the Premium oil reduction project, which collectively saved $3mm annually.

In his prior role, he served as the Controller and Strategic Analysis Manager at Kraft Foods Group. In this capacity, Ken Kremsky oversaw all accounting activities for the facility, which encompassed preparing the annual operations budget, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, and managing both internal and external audits.
