With more than 22 years of
experience in corporate and field manufacturing, Kenneth Kremsky is
focused on helping organizations to reduce their costs and improve

Possessing an extensive expertise
as a manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc, Kenneth Kremsky provided
the financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed
all the accounting personnel and maintained all accounting and financial
reporting systems. He also participated on several productivity teams that
identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.
From 2005 till 2012, Kenneth
Kremsky served as the controller at Kraft Foods Group. He managed all
accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual
operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and handling both internal
and external audits. He was also responsible for managing all aspects of the
Accounting department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, supply
chain and Production.
Currently working as a consultant
for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania, Kenneth implements the new ERP
accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the
company. Regarding his education credentials, Kenneth Kremsky pursued
in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
Thereafter, he completed his Master of Business Administration in Finance from
LaSalle University.
Being a certified Lean Six Sigma
Blackbelt, Kenneth Kremsky is a highly established strategic finance and
accounting expertise. He holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing
and financial analysis, and generated loss allowance savings of ~$700K over two
years at Kraft Food Groups.
