Insight into the skills and accomplishments of Ken kremsky

Involved in various roles in the organization for 18 years, Ken Kremsky has witnessed several mergers and acquisitions at Mondelez/Kraft/Nabisco. Possessing an extensive expertise as a manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc, Ken worked to provide financial support and cost analysis for the plant management. He managed all the accounting personnel and maintained all accounting and financial reporting systems. He also participated on several productivity teams that identified and implemented cost savings throughout the Nabisco network.

Currently, he is working as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania. Here, he implements the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company. Emphasizing cost reduction, Ken Kremsky worked as Cost Accounting Manager since 1999. Later, Ken Kremsky started working as controller at Kraft Food Inc in 2005. From 2012, Ken worked as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International. Here, he worked until 2017. 

Ken had started his career as Quality Controller. He has a closer view of the processes and the costs involved at every step. He completed his MBA in Finance on 2005. He has worked on both Finance and process control for twenty plus years. He has been saving Millions of Dollars every year for his clients.

Possessing skills in project management, Ken possesses all the qualities throughout his professional career. In his professional career, he handled so many projects and managed them very well. Besides, Kenneth is also skilled at SAP utilization, Strategy, Forecasting, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Financial Reporting, Process Improvements, Productivity, Strategic Business Planning, Operations, Business Metrics & Bench marking, Internal Controls and Manufacturing Finance.

Being a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Ken Kremsky helps the organizations streamline and focus on the areas of improvement. Blackbelt usually demonstrates team leadership, understands the team dynamics and assigns team member roles and responsibilities. 

Regarding his education credentials, Ken Kremsky pursued in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Thereafter, he completed his Master of Business Administration in Finance from LaSalle University with a 3.9 GPA out of 4.
