Ken Kremsky worked with leading companies such as Mondelez and Nabisco
As the finance lead, Ken Kremsky
provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of
reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses
by 15% which was achieved. He has developed a daily management review process
generating reports for reviewing the prior day’s results regarding variances.
He also prepared weekly reports to review fixed labor and maintenance spending.
This process was adopted by several other Kraft plants.
Holding Bachelor and Master’s
degrees in Finance and Accounting, Ken holds captivating educational accreditations.
Besides, he has training in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt that makes him a pro.
Adding more to it, he holds an experience of more than twenty years and is
involved with the leading companies such as Mondelez and Nabisco.
Adding more to his professional
expertise, Ken Kremsky has been the former Assistant Financial Controller at
Nabisco Biscuit Company where he was responsible for providing the financial
statements and monthly results. Besides, he prepared the bills of materials for
all the products including allocating fixed and indirect costs. Ken developed
detailed Labor standards which resulted in crewing reductions and significant
cost savings. He participated on both the Oreo and Premium network teams that
led to savings of ~$3MM annually, mainly through the One Cookie Out initiative
and the Premium oil reduction project.
At Mondelez International, Ken
worked as the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects. He has been the
Finance Lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects focusing on the
financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend. He has developed
multiple IRR analytic tools which became the model for all in-house projects.
Kenneth is the head of the worldwide SAP systems global harmonization team.
