Ken Kremsky delivers financial analysis to improve profitability
Holding a track record of

Ken started his career as an
assistant controller at Interstate Brands Corporation from 1996-1999. He started
serving as a manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc in 1999 and he
worked until 2005. Thereafter, he started working as controller at Kraft Food
Inc in 2005. From 2012, Ken worked as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic
Projects at Mondelez International. Here, he worked until 2017.
As the Finance Lead, Ken Kremsky
provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of
reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses
by 15% which was achieved. He has developed a daily management review process
generating reports for reviewing the prior day’s results regarding variances.
He also prepared weekly reports to review fixed labor and maintenance spending.
Additionally, Ken holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing and
financial analysis, and generated loss allowance savings of ~$700K over two
years.
Ken has successfully managed to
spend 20 years in the manufacturing environment as a plant Controller and led
numerous projects focused on cost reductions and higher efficiency.
Currently, Ken Kremsky is working
as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania where he implements
the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition
of the company. ERP software is used by the organizations to manage their
business functions within a centralized and integrated system.
Pertaining to his education
accreditations, Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3.8 GPA out of
4, from the Penn State University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration with a 3.9 GPA out of 4, from La Salle University.
